What is the Launch Workshop?
The Launch Workshop is a one-day in-person workshop in Helsinki for operators who already have a business and want to remove the constraint stopping it from doubling.
The room is built and taught by Elias Uysal — over €25M+ sold online, operator of Remote Closing LLC. No co-speakers. No panels. No outsourced presenters.
Each block of the day delivers a tangible lever you pull the same week and a clear path to the next bottleneck. You leave with three to five steps you execute on Monday.
The goal is simple: remove the constraint stopping you from doubling.
How do I register for the workshop?
Registration is by qualification only. There is no open checkout.
You book a call through the application form at eliasuysal.com/workshop. Elias takes every call personally. If you qualify, you receive a payment link the same day. If you do not, you are not pitched.
Minimum entry requirements include an active business, a revenue floor, and an industry where the frameworks apply.
Can I bring a guest or team member?
Each seat is individual and tied to the registrant. Guests are not bundled into the ticket. If a team member wants to attend, they apply separately through the same qualification process. There are no group discounts. Seats are first-come, first-served, subject to availability.
Where is the workshop located?
Helsinki, Finland. The exact venue is shared after qualification and payment.
Is lodging or transportation included in my ticket?
No. The ticket covers the workshop, a light breakfast, lunch, and refreshments. Travel, accommodation, and additional meals are not included.
Helsinki has limited parking near central venues. Ride-share is recommended.
Who should I list as my point of contact for visa or invitation letter?
If your country requires a visa or invitation letter to enter Finland, reach out first to the hotel where you will be staying. Hotels can typically provide point-of-contact information or assist with the documentation.
For an official letter of invitation from EliasUysal, email elias@eliasuysal.com after your seat is confirmed and we will issue one.
Where to stay and what to do in Helsinki?
After your seat is confirmed, you receive a short Helsinki guide — recommended hotels, restaurants, and places to walk. Drafted by Elias, not a tourist board.
Will there be food, snacks, refreshments?
Yes. A light breakfast on arrival. Lunch and refreshments throughout the day. If you have dietary restrictions, email elias@eliasuysal.com after your seat is confirmed and the team will accommodate.
What about dietary restrictions — what foods do you offer?
The buffet covers gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options by default. For anything more specific, email elias@eliasuysal.com at least seven days before the workshop.
What time does the workshop start and end?
Doors open at 08:00 EET for check-in and breakfast. Sessions run 09:00 to 18:00. Doors close at 18:30.
Plan to arrive in Helsinki the day before and leave the day after. Trying to fly in the morning of the workshop is the most common reason attendees miss the opening block.
If you require ADA seating or any access accommodation, email elias@eliasuysal.com and we will arrange it.
Where do I find my workshop itinerary?
The itinerary and pre-work packet are sent by email after payment is processed. If you have not received a welcome email within 48 hours, check spam and then email elias@eliasuysal.com.
How should I prepare for the workshop?
A pre-work packet is sent two to three weeks before the workshop. It includes a one-page business diagnostic and a list of numbers to bring on the day — revenue, cost of acquisition, lifetime value, gross margin, headcount, and the one constraint you believe is keeping the business from doubling.
Operators who arrive with their numbers in hand get more out of every block. Operators who arrive without them spend Block 1 trying to remember.
If you do not receive the packet, email elias@eliasuysal.com.
What is the workshop format each day?
The day mixes keynote blocks, live diagnosis on attendee businesses, structured workbook exercises, peer roundtables, and a closing declaration. Each block ends with a tactical takeaway you act on immediately. Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments throughout.
No slides for the sake of slides. No filler.
Who is the main speaker?
Elias Uysal. There are no co-speakers, no panels, no rotating moderators. You ask. He answers.
What should I bring?
An open mind, your business numbers, and a willingness to be diagnosed in front of the room. Pens, the workbook, and name tags are provided.
Laptops and phones are checked at the door. The day is built on focus.
Can I hire Elias directly to help me scale my business?
No. Elias is not available for individual project work outside the Launch Workshop and ongoing portfolio relationships.
If you want ongoing access, the path is: Launch Workshop → post-workshop 1:1 → portfolio consideration. Soliciting Elias or attempting to bypass the path does not work. Attendees who try are not invited back to any future workshop.
Can I change my workshop date?
Yes, once. The Event Terms allow a single reschedule within six months of the original Registration date. A €100 transfer fee applies. To start the reschedule, email elias@eliasuysal.com.
Reschedule requests within 72 hours of the workshop are not accepted, except for documented travel-related issues such as visa problems, flight delays or cancellations, or illness.
Full policy in the Event Terms and Conditions.
What should I do if I am not feeling well before the workshop?
If you are unwell, stay home. The workshop runs in close quarters and one sick attendee can take out the room.
If you are experiencing symptoms within 72 hours of the workshop, email elias@eliasuysal.com. You are rescheduled to the next available date at no additional cost.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Registrations are final and non-refundable after three (3) days from the date of purchase.
If EliasUysal cancels the Event, the Registration transfers to the next available date, or you receive a full refund within 60 days at our discretion.
There are no refunds for Launch Workshop purchases outside the three-day window. Full policy in the Event Terms and Conditions.
My plans changed — can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
No. The Registration is personal and non-transferable. Each ticket is tied to the qualified individual. Sharing, reselling, or transferring the ticket voids the Registration.
Are photos, videos, computers, or recordings allowed onsite?
No. Phones, laptops, and recording devices are checked at the door. The room is built for focus. No part of the day is recorded — by us or by attendees. Photos with Elias and the team are allowed during designated breaks only.
Is there a code of conduct?
Yes. The full code is in the Event Terms and Conditions, Section 1. The summary: professional conduct, no recording, no soliciting other attendees or the team, no behavior that interferes with the room.
The code is enforced. Attendees who violate it are removed without refund.
What should I wear to the workshop?
Business casual. You are spending the day with other operators — present accordingly. Skip anything flashy or distracting. The room is built on focus, not signaling.
Will there be a security checkpoint?
Yes. Bags are checked at entry. Recording devices, weapons, and outside food and beverage are not permitted on the premises. If you leave the building during the day, you re-enter through the same check.
How much is the ticket?
The investment is shared on your qualification call. The room is priced so that operators serious about scaling self-select in, and tourists self-select out. If you qualify, you receive a direct payment link the same day.
