4. The content engine. Leads aren't consistent. One good week, then nothing. We install the daily content engine — the same system putting my work in front of 12 million people a month — so leads come in whether or not you feel like posting.
5. The room. You're doing all of this alone. No pressure, no accountability, nobody who's been there. The room fixes that — and it doesn't end at 6pm. There's a check-in after, and direct access for your follow-up questions.
